Gantt Chart printing

Post by Hank H » Mon Dec 22, 2008 11:54 am

Is there any way to adjust the length of the Gantt chart on the project timeline tab? It looks like it is preset to be 1 year long. If the project is shorter than that it would make for a nicer presentation if we could get rid of all the extra empty columns.

Hank

The ghant chart is a graphic if you choose to print it. Yes, it's often too big. The size of the graphic can be trimmed in any graphics program you use. MS Paint will trim the size of it too. It is designed to show, I believe, a year. I have to look into the actual length settings. They do vary by the field measure date and the end of job date.

Does this answer help?
